Basic Contest Directions…
License Plates are a neat way to look at the World of Geography…in today’s world of customization, consumers are given the chance to personalize the greeting and the design of their car’s license plates. The License plate contest is a chance for the 8th grade student to have some say in the design of an original Minnesota license plate. Options and ideas are limitless, but I would like the plates to reflect the state of MN in some way! Please read through the quick guidelines below prior to completing this project. As a PLP class we will be voting on our favorite plate and that lucky student will receive a Prize!
Contest Guideline “all entries must…”
1) be completed and turned in on “Official Entry” Document
2) include a MN theme
3) include “Minnesota” state name
4) original phrase or nick name ex/ “Land of 10,000 Lakes”
5) Plate Number (Combo of 7 Letters and/or Numbers)
6) Color & Neatness is Strongly Encouraged
7) be turned in by the Contest Due Date
